This seems like a contradiction to knowing what you want. It's more about fine tuning. Being flexible has to do with sticking to your guns about the "big stuff" and not sweating the "small stuff". For example, if you are retired and suffering from arthritis a level lot is a must. When you find the right place with a level lot, don't agonize over the orange carpet. Replace the carpet and relish your level lot! We have seen buyers who have been looking for years for the right retreat. Each passing year brings higher prices and fewer places that fit their price range. Be decisive about the important things! |
