Autumn Walks in Wisconsin Lake Country

It’s the perfect time of year to get outside for long walks. The air is crisp and the bugs are minimal, making it ideal for even the most finicky prince or princess. Plus there are so many things to see! Our leaves are starting to turn and there are shocking pops of red and yellow maple leaves around every corner.

It’s a feast for the senses right now, with the sounds of birds and wildlife on the move and the fragrance of pine needles is absolutely intoxicating along with the dried, earthy smells from the woods. But be aware that the days are getting shorter and you’ll need to plan accordingly to be in your favorite sunset location! ~Wanda Boldon
