We’ve had a string of really nice listings come on board in the last few weeks. Every Tuesday morning we gather for our Property Tour to see our new listings and the anticipation of finding out what we will be seeing is really fun. After Property Tour, the work of matching properties with our buyers begins. It’s easy to get excited about properties that are attractive, well cared for and appropriately priced. I’m really appreciative and thankful that we’ve had a lot of that lately. Our inventory is looking really fresh and we’re all proud to stand behind it. I hope the interest rates stay attractive for our buyers. So far, it’s been a great Spring market for buyers. Now we just need Mother Nature to cooperate with some tantalizing temperatures and uplifting sunshine. Bring on the good stuff Mother!
