I’m still radiant with happiness after such a glorious Memorial Day weekend. It was the nicest, weather-wise, I can ever remember, with plenty of sunshine and gentle breezes. We’re so thankful to finally have great weather. One forgets the power of the sun. Our neighbor, “Good as Gold” Glen has a fancy gizmo on his boat that gives him the water temperature. He said the water temperature on our lake went up 12 degrees in one week. The water skiers enjoyed that!
The Farmer’s Market is underway Up North as well. Right now they’re selling mostly baked goods and plants. But the summer sun will hopefully provide a growing bounty that will make an appearance as time goes on. Check back every weekend, if you have a chance. ~Wanda Boldon
